She is also a graduate of San Francisco State University’s Core Strengths Coaching Certificate Program, which “offers fundamental research and strategies in positive psychology and coaching skills which help people to harness their strengths and make positive changes leading to more fulfilling lives.”
As there is always more to learn in this ever-expanding field of study, Camilla is currently engaged in the Enneagram Institute’s Training Program. The Enneagram, considered to be the oldest body of psycho-spiritual wisdom designed to, “awaken the deeper truths of the soul,” offers a powerful Personality Type system, in which we can begin to see our ourselves and our Way of Being more clearer, so that we are no longer hijacked by our go-to patterns of behavior, but move through our lives in a healthier and more expansive manner.
In addition, she has taken courses in Holistic Health from San Francisco State University, which offers complementary knowledge in alternative health therapies to encourage individuals to “increase self-awareness and the capacity to self-regulate, which can result improved health, more meaningful work, deeper relationships, or transcendence.”
Camilla has also received training in Leadership Embodiment, a somatic practice that “draws on the traditions of Aikido - a revolutionary non-aggressive martial art and mindfulness practice to offer simple yet deep techniques that help you recognize how your mind and body habitually react to pressure, and to access more skillful and unified responses.”
Prior to coaching, Camilla worked in the financial and non-profit sectors for ten years after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Certificate in Latin American Studies from Princeton University in 1998 and from Phillips Exeter Academy in 1993.
